Yes, you can get "advice" for free on the internet. Who you get it from we cannot say. What you usually get is a long description of what the injury "is" and about a half paragraph describing, only in words, one exercise you can do which may or may not help.
Fixyourbody.com charges a minimal cost compared to the traditional health care system. A typical HMO/PPO will charge a $10 Co-Pay for EACH doctor and physical therapy appointment. Total Rehabilitation costs for an injury such as Patellar Tendonitis can range from $500 to $2000, of which you will typically be responsible for 20% ($500 if the injury is treated early, $2000 if the injury is chronic). Fixyourbody.com provides a system of healing in a visual rehabilitation program which is identical to the protocols that Randy Ziobro, MS, PT prescribed in the clinic, which can cost you hundreds to thousands of dollars with no guarantee for recovery.
